Cultural specificity
Strong African brands should begin with a clear identity rather than generic positioning.
About
Femi Adekanmbi is a Nigerian economist and founder of Lagos to the World, LTTW LLC. His work sits at the intersection of African consumer brands, merchant growth and creative-enterprise infrastructure.
Background
Femi studied Economics at Ajayi Crowther University. Through Orí Adé, he has built practical experience across product development, artisan production, pricing, physical retail, digital commerce, customer acquisition and fulfilment.
LTTW LLC extends that experience into a broader platform: building African consumer value and developing programmes that help businesses reach markets more effectively.
Operating perspective
Strong African brands should begin with a clear identity rather than generic positioning.
Product, pricing, production, service and distribution must work as one operating system.
Brands should retain control of their customer relationships, intellectual property and market learning.
